Background
Located 40 km to the east of the capital Muscat, along the waterfront, on the Indian Ocean, this site offered the opportunity to develop a tourist program, attractive for local tourism, regional tourism for inhabitants as well as internationally for golf.
Our response
The creation of a structure in the image of the urban fabric of Oman, combining modern architecture and all state-of-the-art equipment and technology for comfort of use, while respecting the historical and cultural heritage of this region.
Architectural Mission
A task and a vision on two levels. First, the urban planning study for the establishment of a tourist center, including entertainment, shopping, residences, hotels and services. Then the design of all these buildings, public spaces and living spaces. A complex of several million m2 consistent with the environment.
