The Swiss company MIGROS launches in 2003 an international competition for the construction of an aquatic leisure center and mall in the town of NEYDENS near the Swiss border and the city of Geneva

Program
The complex covers 40,000 sq m and is designed to accommodate 4,500 persons.
It offers a 83-room hotel, a shopping centre of 9,400 sq m, a climbing wall, a fitness centre and an aquatic leisure centre.
