Villeurbanne, France Delivery of the Lyon Villeurbanne Medical Centre
On November 26th, the Resamut and Capio owners took delivery of the Lyon Villeurbanne Medical Center, the result of an innovative cooperation between these two groups.
Located in the heart of the Lyon metropolis in the eastern area of Villeurbanne, the Medical Center will open its doors in January 2019 and will offer 750 beds and places. After 2 years of work, the 60,000 m² building portrays the image of the "hospital house" in coherence with the development of this old industrial district undergoing a transformation and a building engaged in a process of sustainable development (Certivea certification NF HQE™ label).
