“VILLAGE DES ATHLETES”, start is launched

The first building permits for the “Athletes' Village” project have been submitted.

TEM PARTNERS is delighted to be part of the Pichet / Legendre group for the construction of the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Village on the ZAC of the fluvial eco-district of Ile Saint-Denis near Paris, of which 47,000 sqm will be developed by the group.

Our team have mobilized its expertise in fluid. structural and urban engineering while participating in the reflections that this project aroused such as the reversibility of the buildings since after the games, they will be partly transformed into residential and offices.

This project, located on a former industrial site surrounded by rivers, has stimulated our ability to find solutions that take into account the presence of the river (immediate constraint) and to protect it (eco-responsible and sustainable constraint).
